Elmtree Catering is a family owned business that was started by Ann Beaumier in the 1960's. Ann immigrated to Youngstown in the early 1900’s. She came to America with a large family and a dedicated work ethic. She took great pride in every event that she catered and her recipes are still used today by her son, Dean and granddaughter Danielle. We specialize in what we lovingly refer to as Youngstown cuisine.

As the city itself is a melting pot of different nationalities, as is our menu to suit our client’s needs. We strive to continue our founder’s legacy with dedicated, passionate, and respectful service and provide wonderful food for people to gather around.

Do we offer off-site catering?

Yes, Pricing for off-premise catering is quoted on a case by case basis and what services are needed and the banquet facilities needs.

Can you bring in your own decorator or decorate yourself?

Yes! While we offer convenient decoration packages you are also welcome to do your own decorating within our guidelines.

Do we rent out our banquet hall without catering services?

No, Hall rental is inclusive with our catering service, and we do not rent out our hall without catering service, nor do we allow other catering services to be used.

Can I use Confetti canons, fireworks, or release live animals for a grand entrance?

No, we do not allow the use of canons, fireworks (floating lanterns included), or live animals on our premises (including parking lot)
